PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. Basic mechanical or relative education in technical school.
有基本的机械或相关的教育背景。
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in working with injection molds such as maintain and retooling.
4年以上注塑模具维护更换经验。
3. Able to programming and set up tooling machines like CNC milling,- turning, EDM are an advantage.
最好具有编程、调试模具设备经验，例如数控车床、铣床及电火花机。
4. Be familiar with quality tools and equipment of a mold workshop.
熟悉模具维修车间所需要的所有量具以及设备。
5. Able to read technical drawings and building teamwork focused on meeting productivity and quality.
能够读懂技术图纸使其产品满足生产以及质量要求。
6. Independence and individual responsibility.
能够独立完成相关职责。
7. Some English skills will be an advantage.
最好具有简单的英语沟通能力。
8. 8小时常白班。
8 hours morning shift.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Set up, handle and monitoring of CNC and manual operated machine tools.
调试，操作，监控CNC以及手动操作的机器。
2. Daily maintenance of all equipments regarding maintenance procedure and record this.
按维修保养要求对所有设备做日常保养维修并做记录。
3. Status and inventory control of tooling and machine tool equipment.
对设备，工具等的状态以及库存做控制。
4. Inventory control of raw materials for mechanical processing.
对操作所需要的原材料进行库存管理。
5. Repair and modify molds.
维修及修改模具。
6. Inventory control of mold spare parts and standardized goods.
对模具备件以及标准件库存的管理。
7. Be familiar with all quality equipments and use them.
熟悉并使用所有质量相关仪器。
8. Follow 5 S in workshop.
生产车间5S。
9. Working with other departments such as production, quality, maintenance and technical department to ensure that requirements are met.
与其他部门，如生产，质量，维修以及技术部协作，确保产品满足需求
10. Follow the MSDS requirement to correctly use、storge、protect the chemicals and dealing with leakage, fire and other abnormal situations.
按MSDS要求做好化学品的正确使用、储存、防护以及应对泄漏、火灾等异常情况的处理。
11. Replacement and disposal of coolants and other waste according to regulations.
按照规定置放，处理冷冻液以及其他废品。
12. Other works asigned by supervisor.
