职位概述 Job Overview
Develop the financial related rules and regulations, to assist general manager to develop strategic
planning, set up financial management system, standardized operation flow,
负责公司财务规划与管理，制定企业各项财务规章制度，建立符合企业目标战略、满足企业经营需要财务
系统；协助总经理制定公司战略规划，规范企业操作流程.

Ø Standardize enterprise internal financial operation process which meet business needs.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities
Ø According to the medium and long term business plan, develop, maintain, and improve the
company's financial management procedures and policies.
根据公司中长期经营计划，制定、维护、完善公司财务管理程序和政策。
Ø According to the company strategic target, making annual financial planning and control standard,
and providing financial report to the company's management and the important financial analysis;
根据公司战略目标，制定年度财务计划和控制标准，向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和重要的财务分
析；
Ø Major financial decisions, including but not limited in setting the company's financial budget plan,
participating in formulate the major operating, investing, and financing plan and contract, and
participating in the review and approval of the company's profit distribution plans and profit and loss
balance plan, and participating in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control;
制定公司重大财务决策，包括不限于制定公司财务预决算方案，参与制定公司重大经营性、投资性、
融资性的计划和合同，参与审定公司的利润分配方案和盈亏平衡方案，参与风险评估、指导、跟踪和
控制；
Ø Be responsible for financial center management and team construction, establishing and improving
the financial management system, and provide timely and effective financial information for
company’s strategic decision; Overall control the daily management of the finance department,
annual budget, capital operation and so on;
负责财务中心管理和财务团队建设工作、建立、健全财务管理体系，为公司战略决策提供及时有效的
财务信息；对财务部门的日常管理、年度预算、资金运作等进行总体控制;
Ø Be responsible for capital markets and capital operation in automotive or component industry, to
develop the capital investment operation of company and financing plan for company and organize
the implementation;
负责资本市场和同行业资本运作研究，制定公司在资本运作、投融资等方面的规划并组织实施；
Ø Contributes to taxation strategy and tax planning, implementing the strategy to maximize
opportunities while minimizing tax risk; Scientifically to calculate profit and loss balance and evaluate
tax risk;
负责集团税务战略及规划；科学核算平衡盈亏及评价税务风险;
Ø To monitor and predict cash flow precisely, and make decision and monitor the reasonable structure
of the company's liabilities and capital;
比较精确的监控和预测现金流量，确定和监控公司负债和资本的合理结构;
Ø Establish and maintain good relationship with fiscal, taxation, banking, securities and other relevant
government departments and public accounting firms and other related institutions;
与财政、税务、银行、证券等相关政府部门及会计师事务所等相关机构建立并保持良好的关系；

能力及技能 Capability & Skills
CØo mpBeatcehnecloers aanndd above degree, financial or finance management or Accounting-related majors are
preferred;
本科及以上学历，金融，财务管理或会计相关专业优先；
Ø CPA or ACCA certificated;
注册会计师或高级会计师资格；
Ø Familiar with domestic capital market operation pattern, understand securities program on
investment and finance and investment analysis and relevant policies and regulations;
熟悉国内资本市场运作模式，了解投、融资证券程序及投资分析和相关政策法规；
Ø Skillful in using MS Office Software, including Excel, Word and PPT;
熟练使用各种办公软件，如Excel, Word and PPT;
Ø Good command of English reading and writing, fluent oral English will be preferred;
良好的英文读写能力，口语流利者优先;
Ø Sensitive to figures and good analysis and writing skills;
良好的数据分析能力及有效的写作技巧；
Ø Good communication and coordination skills;
具备良好的沟通和协调能力；
Ø Detail-oriented.

Ø 10 years above finance management working experience; 5 years above related working
experience, automotive industry prefer;
