工作地点：无锡市惠山区

岗位职责：

1、熟悉整车焊装工艺， 领导和组织车间工程部门的日常工作，负责对工艺工程师的管理和培养。

2、负责推进车间工艺管理、工艺流程，工艺参数，工艺资料，工艺更改等工作，负责导入新技术新工艺在车间的运用。

3、负责对各类焊接工艺在实施过程中的问题与产品工程部及其他相关部室进行沟通及协调，不断改进车间直接材料和间接材料的管理、坚持降本增效、节能减排，严格控制生产成本和单耗。

4、负责车间质量和管理体系的实施和运作、做好对车间生产的在线技术支持。

5、确保公司相关健康、安全、环保等规章制度在本辖区的贯彻实施。按时完成车间主任下达布置的各项工作，做到全面、正确、无差错。

任职资格：

1、本科或以上学历，车辆工程、焊接、金属材料等专业。

2、在整车制造企业担任焊装工艺管理岗位职务5年以上，具备扎实的先进制造系统，项目管理方面的知识和经验。

3、懂得并掌握精益生产原则，组织计划技能，机械制造及工艺技能才能，有较大工程和设备方面的指导能力，英文读写说熟练。
