Job Responsibility:
Customer Quality (all tasks for mass production)
- Interface to customer for customer complains and feedback, business trip sometime is required.
- Analyze customer complains (OKm or warranty) and identify root cause + corrective actions to avoid recurrence (PDCA-FTA, LL) and issue LLC.
- Maintain VIM system up-to-date.
- Introduce, deploy, and follow up stability audit for LLC.
- Organize and Drive customer quality audit at Wuxi plant.
- Create/drive continuous improvement plan for Customer satisfaction.
Production quality (all tasks for mass production)
- Validate supervisor/team leader Quality activities to comply with control plan.
- Validate the line QRQC implementation led by supervisor.
- Validate/conduct internal PDCA-FTA and challenge root cause analysis (internal PDCA-FTA is only assigned by APU manager), validate problem solving, validate defect goods handling.
- Attend the PFMEA audit.
- Conduct Process audit and Product audit.
- Conduct the MSA analysis per control plan.
- Validate the SPC.
- Lead the activity of IPQC & OQC.
- Update the control plan as needed to keep control plan as a living system.
- Do statistics and analysis for quality performance, create/drive corrective/improvement plan.
- Validate production’s 4M change.

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree majored in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 3+ years’ professional experience on Engineering or customer technical support. Automotive industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of TS16949, SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, CPK, CP, PPK.
- Good English skill both oral and written. Familiar with 8D, PDCA-FTA is plus.
- Have experience on painting process is mandatory.
