Before launching:
- Develop the appropriate process and work with purchasing and supplier to review the machining concept in terms of quality, cycle time, price and service to meet our requirement.
- Work with supplier to follow up the status of machine building in order to ensure machine deliver in time with good quality.
- Responsible for conducting pre-acceptance and final acceptance (FDPR).
- Work with supplier for all related documentation, spare parts management and training.
After launching:
- Provide technical support including but not limited: CNC programming adjust and test, new programming for new parts, design and maintain fixtures and tooling, continuous improving existing working method (VPS) by reduce cycle time/eliminate waste/reduce machine breakdown/improve quality.


Qualification:
- Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical or Engineering.
- 5+ years of operational experience in CNC programming and machining environment. Automotive Industry is preferred.
- Hands-on working experience of new project / machine launching.
- Good communication skill, including ability to speak and write fluent English
