JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECRUITING (70%):
?Be accountable to fulfill responsible business unit's hiring with quality by required time line
?Lead location level recruitment projects
?Understand business resource plan and recruiting requirement
?Define target recruitment group and appropriate sourcing channels
?Post and promote job opportunities
?Screen CVs and conduct interview
?Advise management team on recruitment guideline, offering proposal
?Track and report hiring statistics
?Monitor and improve recruitment process
TRAINING (30%):
?New Hire Orientation and training
?Organize technical training program for software engineers, including Training need analysis and employee's competency management
?Training system administration management in term of records and systems
?Trainers rewards, recognition and motivation; Building trainer pool, set up evaluation and improvement system
?Improve Training Admin Effectiveness, including manage the training policies
?Special projects follow up etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
?Leading university graduates with major in IT related or management related
?4 years working experience in HR field(Recruiting and Training) in multinational company in IT industry, has the experience in leading campus recruitment is a must;
?Proficient communication skills both in Chinese and English
?Software application development technical knowledge and experience are preferable
?Analytical thinking, reliable work quality, proactive working style, good team player
?Headhunter experience is a plus
