职位描述：
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Develop the knowledge base of Caterpillar’s products, technologies, processes, services and systems, which you will use to:
- Learn and follow Caterpillar Engine Rating Development & Calibration process and procedure.
- Work on Engine Performance and Emission development project, Engine Rating Development, meet customer request, and meet China or Global Regional Regulations
- Conduct of engine performance test execution, understand the diesel engine test techniques
- Create engine test plan, analyze test data, optimize engine performance and emission calibration to meet engineering target, create engineering report
- Summarize and communicate results via presentation to global customers, team members, and other business units regularly by means of tele-conference meetings
- Assist to contribute to the engine development of new products and processes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Thermal Energy, Vehicle Engineering or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of internal combustion engine structure, engine performance, engine test, engine validation.
- Excellent in problem analysis and solving skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure
- Diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded
- Excellent in English (oral & written) Good Interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on

- Engine Performance & Emission Calibration experience
- Engine control knowledge
- Engine Regulations knowledge
- Engine Emission knowledge
