Key responsibilities岗位职责:
- Support to production team in realization and control of production according to product and process specifications and plant production plan.
- Participate in customer audit / 8D process
- Optimized WI ,visual aids, line layout with the agreement from project engineer
- Implement the definitive solution, sorting definition according to R&D/project Engineering/quality, and implement in production. Edition of action plan to avoid the problem to be repeated.
- Make effort on improvement in capacity, efficiency, cost and quality etc.
- Support production line to maintain 5s in the production area ,monitor safety, working environment etc
- Introduced on new projects, work with project engineer for the preparation for mass products for the industrialization by identification and proposal
- All responsibilities of hierarchy depending positions according approved Organization Chart.
- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements任职要求:
- Deep knowledge about production lines structure: process flowchart, input/outputs requirements, working instructions, line capacity, productivity, scrap, machinery and tooling, testing methods and equipment, acceptance/rejection criteria, management of people, job descriptions and training plans.
- Knowledge about the impact to the customer of non conformities in the manufacturing.
- Knowledge about the TS16949 system
- Training regarding PREMO products and PREMO process (deep study of the products, stages of the manufacturing processes, machinery set-up/operation/maintenance, documentation for manufacturing process, production management, capacity/productivity/scrap targets management, maintenance management, job descriptions and training plans for production team members, acceptance/rejection criteria, reaction plans).
- Lean manufacturing principles and application tools (value stream mapping, visual management, error proofing, quick changeover, standard operations, one-piece flow, kanban system, total productive maintenance, etc.).
- 8D methodology for problem solving.
- Line balance, Methods and Timing, Theory of constrains.
- TS16949 knowledge
- New graduates are welcome.
- Proactive person, problem solving orientated , team work ability, able to take decisions very quickly, able to work under pressure,
- Plant local language and English, fluent.
