- Promote strategy for own customers
- Develop and share knowledge of the competition linked to own client (strategy, products and services, organization, development projects, product offer and policy for pricing)
- Assess and update new business opportunities and sales forecast (including volumes, prices and productivity and price revision) for the budget and the strategy plan
- Participate in quotation preparation, present them to the business committee in order to get approval and/or delegations
- Is responsible for new business negotiations (including payment terms-tooling, hours and product price)
- Lead the design and implementation of spare parts business model for own customers
- Manage customer results and profitability
- Optimize negotiation about productivities given back to customer
- Maintain serial life profitability by monitoring change management, sites transfer if any, VAVE (value analysis value engineering)
- Work closely with quality to get feed-back from customer satisfaction (quote phase, program phase, serial life, warranty)
- Other task assigned by supervisor
