? 学习管理工段生产事宜，保证生产符合GMP和公司标准的要求
Learn to manage all production activity ,ensure the production meet the requirement of GMP and company standards.
? 学习安排生产保证生产计划完成
Learn to schedule detail production activity to ensure the production plan was fulfilled.
? 参与调查和矫正生产过程偏差
Take part in investigating and rectifying deviation during granulation
? 参与生产流程优化，保证生产效率和结果
Participate in the Optimization of process to keep production efficiency and result
? 参与维护SOP,确保标准化生产
Participate in the updating of relative SOPs to supervise the production activity
? 学习文件记录及管理
Learn production document record and management
? 参与设备验证或再验证工作
Take part in the Validation & Revalidation of equipment.
? 参与协调和支持设备的维护和维修
Participate in coordinating and supporting the maintenance and repair.
? 学习人员现场管理
