Responsibilities:

1.In charge of process department and maintenance department. 2.Take the leadership in process development and improvement, and take leadership in new product trial production, guarantee project in time delivery and progress management.
3.Organize and improve SOP/Maintenance plan implementation, standardize process and monitor implementation.
4.In charge of proposal, implementation & maintenance of infrastructure projects.5.Monitor and control manufacturing cost (water, gas, electric, waster material treatment), including back up partsarrangement and usage. 6.Must have strong leadership, monitor and instruct daily works of subordinate, regularly communicate with department staff, improve performance KPIs.



Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Engineering.
2.Over 10 years experience in engineering field, over 5 years experience in engineering manager.
3.Experienced in coil processing, experienced in brazing, metal forming, stamping or electrical control system.
4.Experienced in construction project management.
5.Experience in brazing/welding process will be extra bonus.
6.Experienced in equipment maintenance management
7.Must have strong sense of responsibility and organization ability, enthusiastic and good team work spirit.
8.Strong ability in analysis, coordination and communication.
9.Good command of English is a must, and proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, CAD.
