？ Establish and implement all procedures related to materials management.
？ 制定和执行物料管理相关程序，监督成本和效率，优化资源，确保物料管理的及时性、可靠性和准确性。
？ Ensure exactly and timely raw material feeding for smooth operation.
？ 确保及时准确进行生产投料，保证生产正常进行。
？ Control the stock status, support the material planning.
？ 监督库存控制系统，及时掌控、分析库存状态，为物料计划的制定提供支持。
？ Organize products delivery according to delivery plan.
？ 根据物流发货计划，组织现场装货、发货，保证及时准确地交付产品给客户。
？ Monitor the stock status and material in/out, keep the actual data is line with data in SAP
？ 监督原材料，半成品和成品的库存、出入库管理，确保实际物资和系统数据相符合。
？ Supervise warehouse management, ensuring safety and space
？ 监督仓库现场管理，确保安全、准确地存储货物，有效利用仓库空间。
？ Meet the annual working target through reasonable assignment
？ 安排和分配任务，确保有效利用团队资源，符合工作计划和目标。
？ Guide and train employee to conduct daily work with safety
？ 指导培训员工，确保安全地开展仓库活动。

Qualifications
？ College or above, major in logistic management or engineering management
？ 大专以上学历，物流管理、工业工程等相关专业



Experience
？ At least 5 years warehouse management experience in automotive system industry in JIT environment
？ 5年以上JIT模式下汽车零部件企业仓库管理经验
？ Automotive seating experience is preferred
？ 汽车座椅行业优先



Skills & Knowledge
？ Solid knowledge of ERP system
？ 熟悉ERP系统
？ Can use English for reading and writting
？ 掌握基本的英文读写能力
？ Good communication skill
？ 良好的沟通技能
？ Good management and training skill for warehouse shop floor employee
