工作职责/ RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 为每个检验项目建立适当且有效的检验程序，并能将这些程序和检验结果形成一个系统;
Create proper and sufficient inspection procedures for each item and a system to organize those procedures and inspection findings;
2. 完成质量体系建立中所安排的体系建立工作，并维护质量体系的运行;
Finish the work of establishing quality system and maintain the quality system;
3. 协调其它部门，对质量问题找到可行而合理的解决方案，并确保方案的施行;
Coordinate with other departments to find practical and logical solutions to quality problems and ensure that these solutions are implemented;
4. 根据过去的质量问题和版本的更新，确定现有产品的检验项目。并对每个项目建立正确有效的检验程序；
Determine which items to inspect, based on past quality issues, revision changes .Create proper & sufficient inspection procedures for each item;
5. 遵照质量体系建立检验项目，并清楚的区分需要检验项和非检验项；
Follow the quality system for organizing inspection items and a system for identifying clearly whether the items need inspection or not;
6. 对客户反映的问题和投诉，进行正确的分析验证，并书写报告
Verify, analyze issues and complaints from customer as appropriate and write a report;
7. 对于质量问题，协调其它部门找到可行的解决方案
Coordinate with other department to find a workable solution to quality problems;
8. 对供应商的问题要及时反馈，并跟踪验证问题的解决
Give the feedback about the quality issues from supplier, trace and verify the solutions from suppliers
9. 管理检验员并恰当的分配其日常工作
Manage QC inspector and assign their daily work properly.
10. 负责量具的保管、校准、检验。
Responsible for keeping, calibrating, checking the gages.
11. 主管安排的其它工作
Other work arranged by the supervisor.

任职要求/REQUIREMENTS
1、大专以上学历,两年以上QE工作经验，有机械行业工作背景。
College degree or above, more than two yeas working experience of QE, have the working background of mechanical industry.
2、熟悉质量体系ISO9001的建立与实施。
Familiar with establishing and implementing of ISO quality system.
3、熟悉质量问题的处理流程。
Familiar with the flow of dealing with quality issues.
4、良好的英语说写能力。
Good English both in spoken and written is preferred.
5、良好的办公软件使用技能。
Good command of computer skills.
