This position exists primarily to assist logistics supervisor to lead the Logistic team (including the 4 functions of Planning, Procurement, Import&Export and Warehouse) to support company daily operation and business development, pushing for department process/procedures optimization and implementation.
Key Responsibility:
1. Inner Department Procedures & Working Instructions Optimization and Implementation. Review the inner department procedures & working instructions periodically, and make sure the procedures & working instructions compliance.
2. Planning management. Customer Demand/Forecast management in system; Materials planning updating; Sales order delivery commitment; Production capacity plan monitoring.
3. Procurement management. Materials supply assurance; Vendor On Time Delivery; Inventory Control; MRP result implementation.
4.Logistics Management. Forwarder management; Freight cost control; Local Customs & CIQ policies and rules compliance.
5. Warehouse Management. To ensure monthly stock counting accuracy;To ensure the correct data (location, batch number and quantity) in system; 6S management.
6. ERP system implementation in Logistic department.
