1. 要求2年设计经验、2年施工经验，熟练掌握土建范畴专业规范，标准及施工

3. 协助与有关方面在土建等范畴上之联系工作，沟通协调能力佳
4. 有参与超高层(200M)及大型商场工程经验优先
5. 设计院、顾问公司，或两年于外资或大型机构的工作经验优先
6. 良好的职业素养，乐观敬业，思路清晰，工作细致有条理
7. 合同与「迈进建筑工程设计（深圳）有限公司」签署
8. 于无锡工程工地现场办公室办公
