职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for end-to-end recruiting service, from HC approval to on-boarding;
2. Ensure site employment legally right and fair;
3. Continuously optimize recruiting process and develop methodology;
4. Responsible for training needs collection and analysis;
5. Take charge of training course execution;
6. Manage and optimize vendor review system for all recruiting and training vendors;
7. Assist site HR manager to optimize HR strategy and roadmap;
8. Other assignment if there is any.

Qualifications:
1. 3 years working experience in HR function including 1-2 years as recruiter and searching firm experience is acceptable
2. Bachelor degree or above;
3. Good knowledge of labor law;
4. Good communication, passion to win, team work and high integrity and willing to walk extra-miles;
