Job content:

· Performance Data: Establishes, initiates and monitors any Internal Control policies relating to
quality performance initiatives. Develops and communicates quality performance data to all
relevant plant personnel for correct action.
· ISO Procedures: Develops all procedures required for ISO 9001 certification and re-certification.
Maintains all quality performance records and documents. Coordinates ISO visits with necessary
staff and manages any corrective actions that occur as a result of the ISO inspection.
· Training: Creates and implements the technical training programs for SPC, ISO 9001 procedures
and problems solving and/or Design of Experiments. Insures QA Engineers / Techs are
conversant with all programs and can adequately train production or other engineering staff to
processes.
· Quality Procedures: Plans, develops, initiates and monitors quality manufacturing techniques.
Tracks financial results and reports on quantifiable goals and objectives.
· Equipment /Facilities: Acquire, develop and maintain physical facilities and equipment to achieve
required results.
· Management: Develops and maintains a competent work force through recruitment, training,
coaching and establishing goals and objectives.
· Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design/manufacturing;

· Above 10-year experience with 5-year sup/mgr experience in mechanical industry;

· Flent English skill

· High potential and excellent communication skill

· Good team player and problem solving skill

GardnerDenver Thomas manufactures a wide range of vacuum, pressure and liquid technologies including: WOB-L piston, articulated piston, diaphragm, rotary vane, linear and peristaltic, from linear pump and linear compressor products to diaphragm vacuum and liquid pumps.
