职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Work together with HRBP to understand business trends, objectives and requirements, providing the staffing solutions to fulfill business requirement
? Enable business leaders to promote Wuxi Biologics mission and values to attract, identify & recruit the best talent.
? Utilization of sourcing tools to consistently deliver high quality talents on time and within the budget: Careers website, Headhunters, LinkedIn, etc.
? Build employer brand through recruiting activities and creative advertising.
? Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects while implementing the whole cycle of recruitment projects/events.
? Performing other related tasks as assigned
Qualification:
? Bachelor Degree or above
? 10 years + Human Resources working experiences with at least 5 years focused on talent acquisition.
? Good interpersonal and collaboration skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates.
? Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset 举报 分享
