职位描述：
1.Take responsibility of product investigation and failure analysis based on the results from material analysis and manufacturing process control etc. for PCBA and electric components
2.Support the customers' failure analysis
3.Contribute product and material knowledge to design process
4.Supports new production R&D projects as the in-house technical specialist for failure analysis

岗位要求：
1. College or Bachelor's degree of Electronic engineering or related
2. At least 3 years of applicable experience such as work in a test or quality laboratory or product / process engineer with PCBA knowledge and failure analysis skills.
3. Good English skill in reading and writing (CET-4)
4. Good knowledge for failure analysis
5.Self-motivated and willing to work hard; ability to work under pressure; responsible and honest; high creativity; excellent service attitude and strong communication skills as a plus.
