岗位描述Job Description：

1. 与客户紧密合作，设计开发家电变频驱动系统和控制系统的嵌入式软件。

Design and develop embedded software for household appliance inverter driver system and control system in close cooperation with customers.

2. 根据规格书的要求和客户的特定需求，不断改进和完善产品软件。

Modify and improve products software to fulfill specifications and fit unique customer needs and configurations.

3. 通过系统的方法，验证软件的正确性和可靠性。

Carry out verification of software to ensure validity and reliability by systematic methods.

4. 创建和维护技术资料和文档。

Create and maintain technical data and documentation.

5. 开发工具软件，并参与软件平台和标准化的工作。

Develop software and hardware design tools. Participate software platform and standardization activities.

岗位要求Qualification：

1. 本科或以上学历，电气、自动化、工业控制及相关专业。

University degree or higher, majoring in automation, motor, electrical engineering or similar.

2. 至少2年以上嵌入式系统软件工作经验，有变频器开发经验者优先。

At least 3 years embedded system software work experience. Inverter development experience is preferred.

3. 精通C、C++和汇编语言，熟悉UML, OOA/OOD, V model等方法。

Master C, C++ and assembler language. Be familiar with UML, OOA/OOD and V model.

4. 熟悉家电软件设计和微控制器系统。

Be familiar with home appliance software design and microcomputer system.

5. 熟悉电机控制、变频驱动系统原理、算法和实现方法。

Be familiar with inverter driver system principle, algorithm, and implementation methodology.

6. 工作认真细致，善于沟通。

Be reliable, work accurately, and strong communication skills.

7. 具有基本的英语说和写的交流能力。

Basic English communication skills both in written and spoken.
