1.Develop and provide short and long term financial strategies designed to maximize the growth and profitability of Company.
2.Manage and coordinate all accounting procedures and provide leadership and coordination in business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
3.Accurate and timely submit all financial monthly management reporting packages and other management reports in accordance with company, China government and Headquarter reporting deadlines.
4.Support in setting up the business by providing meaningful financial and commercial information that helps to shape business decisions and growth.
5.Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, monthly management forecasts and quarterly forecast.
6.Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.
7.Support Sales/Project to ensure successful commercialization of product bundles, and other business initiatives.
8.Coach and lead the Finance Team in China, Ensure the stableness of the financial organization and the presence of adequate competent staff to meet current and future needs and for accomplishing business objectives.
9.Project controlling activities include preparing order entry calculation, rolling schedule as well as preparing special project cost analysis report to leadership.
10.Leading the set up and the development of product costs and providing financial analysis support to cost accountant.
11.Contact external auditors, tax officials, and government officials.
12.Manage, train and supervise employees of this dept. to ensure the flawless functioning.

1.Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting with accountant certificate;
2.Minimum 12 years experience in management accounting, international automotive industry will be appreciated;
3.Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills;
4.High proficiency in written, spoken and reading English, German is plus;
5.An understanding and appreciation of the legal and taxation requirements of the operation;
6.Mature, responsible, team player, self-motivated with high integrity;
7.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP-System.
