1.监督和持续改进质量、环境管理体系的运行及其绩效；
Supervise and continuously improve quality and environment management system operation, monitor the performance;
2.规划公司的质量管理方案，如工作指导书、质量控制计划、质量月度报告等并有计划地推进、实施；
Establish and issue quality program documents, such as working instruction, quality control plan, monthly quality report and etc. and implement according to the planning.
3.质量成本的核算，质量数据的分析和管理，包括数据采集的真实性、数据分析的可靠性和实用性；
Quality cost accounting, analysis and manage quality data including authenticity of data collection and reliability and practicality of data analysis;
4.协助APQP或项目管理等；
Assist in APQP or project management and etc.;
5.负责内部过程审核、客户审核及第三方质量审核；
Responsible for internal process audit, customer audit and third party quality audit;
6.供应商（潜在的和 / 或现有的）的认可、终止、审核、质量管理等；定期记录、分析并及时通知供应商有关质量问题；
Release, terminate, audit or quality manage the suppliers (potential and / or existing); regularly record, analysis, and promptly notify the supplier to improve the quality and technology;
7.分析、处理和解决内外部的抱怨，满足内、外部客户的质量需求，不断提高产品质量满意度；

8.抱怨、审核后的纠正措施跟踪；
Follow-up corrective actions after complaint and / or audit;
9.按时向德国总部提供相关质量数据、报表；负责本部门的对外联系，包括客户、供应商、审核机构、政府部门等；
Accurate and timely submit quality data and report to HQ; responsible for dept. external contact with customer, supplier, audit company, governmental office and etc.;
10.不合格产品、报废产品、封存物资的处理；
Deal with unqualified parts, rejected parts and produts that had been kept in custody after sealing;
11.推进部门业务流程标准化，管理部门内部使用的测量装置；
Promote the standardization of Dept. working processes and manage measuring devices;
12.有效地管理、培训并监督本部门员工，以确保部门职责的顺利进行。
Manage, train and supervise employees of this dept. in a productive matter to ensure the flawless functioning of the dept.
13.向公司各部门提供有关质量方面的培训、指导；
Train and coach other dept. in quality knowledge;
14.公司领导交办的其它工作。

Requirements:
1.大专及以上学历；
College graduation and above;
2.汽车行业质量管理经验八年及以上；
QA management experience in automobile industry with eight years or above;
3.TS16949及ISO14001的内审员资格证书；
Qualification certificate of internal auditor for TS16949 and ISO14001;
4.熟悉质量技术和质量工具；
Be familiar with quality technology and quality tool;
5.熟练掌握TS16949、ISO14001、VDA6.3或客户的特殊要求；
Good at TS16949, ISO14001, VDA6.3 or customer special requirement;
6.英语或德语听、说、写熟练；
Good at English or German listening, speaking and writing;
7.熟练的电脑操作技能；交流和解决问题的能力。
Good at operate skill of computer; Ability of communicating and solving problems.
