职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责公司的行政管理工作，包括协助公司目标和计划的制定、各项规章制度的制定和落实；
学习相关的政策法规和信息，负责分公司内外的工作协调、信息沟通和反馈工作，督办如环保，，安全等各事项、决议、制度的落实和执行；
2、负责对公司各项管理制度的掌握，对外宣传工作，负责公司办公室日常事务管理；
3、组织公司常规会议，参与公司重大决策的研讨和制定；
4、负责外联工作对外形象宣传、公共关系、公司网站宣传、公司企业文化建设；负责组织策划公司的重大公关和庆典活动；负责组织外事接待活动，妥善处理各种对外事务；
5、负责各职能部门绩效考核与管理。

任职资格
1、能够熟练运用office办公软件，熟悉公文格式和写作，文字功底深厚，有较强的语言表达能力和说服能力；
2、熟悉国家相关政策，能经常跟政府和中介各个部门打交道、良好的协调与沟通能力，完成政府对企业的各项要求；
3、正直坦诚，做事认真负责，积极主动，语言表达、协调能力强，有亲和力；
4、有较强的职业素养和道德修养，处事以公司利益为重；
5、3-4年以上相关工作经验；能够在前洲地区长期工作，有驾照者优先，熟悉办公室工作程序。 举报 分享
