职位描述：
工作职责:
1. Responsible for establishment, further development, implementation and documentation of quality assurance activities of the Company;
负责公司质量体系的建立、完善、执行以及文件等一系列活动；
2. Provide leadership, guidance and resources to develop and maintain a quality management system in compliance with TS16949 standards and government regulations;
提供领导、指导及资源以发展和维护质量管理体系，并使之符合TS16949的标准和政府标准；
3. Driving for organization to establish, delineate and review quality program, organizational policies with improvement;
推动质量项目组织的建立，架构以及组织政策的改进；
4. Lead customer satisfaction continuous improvement through identifying and correcting on-going quality problems, ensure maximum quality standards are achieved with minimum cost;
通过鉴别以及纠正随时出现的质量问题以引导客户满意度的持续提高，以最低的成本取得最高的质量标准；
5. Develop a strong relationship with Process Engineering/Manufacturing/sales to using process improvement tools to eliminate waste that causes product quality concerns as well as Supporting Sourcing&Purchasing for supplier selection assessment and development;
与工艺、技术、制造以及销售等部门建立良好的合作关系并使用过程提高的工具去消除浪费，同时，支持采购部对供应商的评估以及发展；
6. Monitor and improve the quality control status, ensure incoming quality control, process quality control and final out going quality control was effective implemented;
监督并提高质量控制的状况，确保进料质量控制，过程质量控制已经最终质量控制被有效的执行；
7. Coordinate and implement the internal auditing program, customer audit，third party audit;
协调并执行内部稽核，客户审核以及第三方稽核；
8. Responsible for the development and implementation of quality training programs, develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff for promote opportunities;
负责质量培训的发展和执行，发展本部门的员工的晋升机会；
9. Responsible for the overall planning of departmental operations and cost controls;
负责部门整体运行计划以及成本控制；
10. Work closely with related team for new project through APQP;
与相关部门密切联系，通过新项目APQP实现
11. Support to build and implement Health/Environment/Safety management system.
支持健康、环境、安全管理体系的建立和执行


岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，机械或其他相关专业毕业，
2. 很强的质量管理经验,五年以上品质管理或相关岗位工作经历，
3. 熟悉FMEA、APQP，PPAP、MSA，SPC等核心工具的运用，熟练使用办公软件及AUTOCAD制图。
4. 具有ISO9000，ISO14000, TS1649质量体系以及HSPM有害物质过程管理体系的建立及维护的实践经验。
