职位描述：
This is an expert HR role in performance management and organizational development. It requires the candidate with related solid experience and capacity. The candidate will focus on the performance and OD module by working with HRBPs, Business Leaders and being supervised and reviewed by HRD so as to make all the initiatives are down to earth to business. The responsibilities are included but not limited to:
? Implement and improve the annual performance management process and guidelines to better serve fast growing company’s development by working with HRD and HRBPs
? Performance evaluation schedule coordination, monitoring procedures, performance management, collecting and collating data;
? Set up the matrix of job responsibilities and competency and link to the promotion guideline
? Analysis, streamline and develop the organization to better support business in different development status
? Design career path roadmap and make communication and promotion of the career path to employees for people development and retention
? Set up succession plan and talent review process

Qualification:
? 10+ years’ working experience in HR function with at least 5 years’ focusing in performance management and OD module.
? HRBP working experience is a plus
? Strong analysis capacity and experienced in methodology of org development and performance management designing
? Familiar with talent review and talent assessment tools.
? Flunt both in spoken and written English
? Good team work and open-minded for communication, change mindset with entrepreneur spirit 举报 分享
