Essential Job Responsibility 主要职责：

- 体系管理 System management：

1.负责质量管理体系有关的质量文件的审阅，保证文件格式的符合体系要求，同时确保法规的符合性。

Be responsible for the review of the quality document related to QMS; make sure that the documents format is in compliance with quality system and in compliance with the regulation.

2. 负责质量部门文件的起草和修订。

Be responsible for the draft and revising the document of quality department.

-监督、审核、纠正、预防及改进 Supervision , auditing, correction, prevention and improvement:

1. 组织公司质量管理体系的内审策划和实施、分析、评价。

Be responsible for the planning and implementation, analysis, evaluation of the internal audit of the quality management system.

2.支持和接受外审。

Support and accept external audit.

3.负责纠正和预防措施的跟踪和评审。

Be responsible for the follow up and evaluation the corrective and preventive action.

4.负责公司的卫生定期检查、评估和卫生推进。

Be responsible for the company hygiene inspection and hygiene improvement.

- 定期向主管报告质量体系状况。Report the quality system performance regularly to supervisor.

- 法律法规事务Regulatory affairs:

负责企业生产许可证，食品卫生许可证， ISO证书换发资料的准备，及政府机构或第三方索要的与质量有关材料的准备。

Be responsible for information preparation for updating of Certificate of product manufacture/ Hygiene permit of food / ISO certificate and preparing information for authority or the third party.

- 过程和产品保证Process and Product assurance:

1. 对生产全过程进行有效监督，确保产品符合注册标准。

Make the valid monitor of the whole process of the manufacture to make sure that the manufacture conforming to the registered standards.

2. 负责与生产、供应链等部门沟通物料和产品放行状况。

Communicate with the material and product releasing status with production and SCD.

- 培训 Training:

负责与卫生，质量体系等公司级别的员工培训。

Be responsible for the training of hygiene and quality system.

-完成主管布置的其他任务。Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / 岗位任职资格：

1.Bachelor’s degree in Food engineering or biological engineering, chemical ;

本科及以上学历，食品工程，生物工程或化工类专业；

2.Minimum 2 years quality management experience ( be familiar with ISO9001,ISO22000) in Food, be familiar with the regulation of the Food.

至少两年以上的食品质量管理经验（熟悉ISO9001,ISO22000） , 了解食品的法律法规。

3. Good quality management skill, problem-solving skill, communication skill and team spirits.

良好的质量管理能力，解决问题的能力和沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作精神；

4. Good command in read and written English
良好的英语表达和书写能力

5. Diligent and willing to work under pressure
