Duties & Responsibilities
· Works closely with Raleigh Studios, Wuxi, Director Of Studio Operations on the day- to day issues pertaining to Raleigh Studios, Wuxi, (“RSW”) production clients.
· ponsible for managing Studio Services at Raleigh Studios, Wuxi.
· Responsible for assisting in the negotiation of rental rates and bid preparation and processing for all Studio Services activity.
· Responsible for developing new business opportunities for Studio Services throughout the China entertainment industry. · Oversees and approves all billing for Studio Services at Raleigh Studios, Wuxi, facilities. Tracks payments to ensure accounts are current.
· As requested, responsible for the development of company reports and presentations for senior staff.
· Responsible for maintaining departmental budget goals in Studio Services and striving to achieve maximum profitability.
· Reviews trades, entertainment websites and production reports for potential leads.
· Works closely with the Director of Studio Operations and in managing the day-to-day administration of the Studio Services Department and related staff at RSW.
· Responsible for assisting in the overall coordination of productions needs with RSW departments, including tech scouts, touring the Lot to check on clients, facility projects and general Lot activity.
· Investigates any reports of customer dissatisfaction, including documenting field problems through appropriate reports and pictures to facilitate accurate communication of the problem to the proper department head. Develops and implements recommendations to help ensure an acceptable and timely disposition of production concerns.
· Assist in ensuring that all production companies comply with Studio policy and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to Local, State and Federal rules and regulations.
· Serves as a point of contact to potential clients inquiring about the availability of soundstages. Answers questions regarding Stages and Production Services, pricing and anything the client might need before production.
· Responsible for reporting Studio Service activity on a weekly basis and as requested.
· Distributes hold and booking information and other pertinent production information to appropriate Studio personnel, as needed.
· Performs special projects, as requested.
