职位： 工程师
工作概述： 总工程师需要管理所有工程和机械维护
技能/需求：
1）在保证所有机械系统的必备部分和影视工作室的紧密连接的基础之上，具备满足客户不断发展的需求以及策划和协调园区内其他部门之间的关系的能力
2）具备培养、指导、激励所有部门成员的能力，以达到一个对客户和租户双方面均优越的服务标准
3）在暖通、电力、水利等多方面全面的维护和修补背景
主要职责：
1) 保障园区所有办公室和舞台电力和机械系统方面的优化调度和节能减排
2) 实施能源减排措施
3) 遵循必要的政府机构测试，比如锅炉测试，回流测试等
4) 检查能源消耗账款，寻找可能的节约或者错误
5) 监督所有的工程和电力人员一个安全的方式进行操作
6) 必要时需要和设施部和影棚运营部的同事一起工作
7) 定期检查楼宇和舞台四周，以保证所有人员设施都有序工作
8) 使用便携式空调连接装置协助空调租赁公司
9) 保证所有的空调在不使用时是关闭状态
10) 确保自身所有的工作职责内容以及人员都以安全的方式进行
11) 保证所有的工程系统都遵守必要的政府要求

POSITION: PLACE OF WORK: | Chief Engineer Raleigh Michigan Studios |
JOB OVERVIEW: | Chief Engineer shall supervise all Engineering and Mechanical maintenance coming within the jurisdiction of the Engineering Dept. |
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
？ Ability to strategize and co-ordinate with all departments of the Studio and the evolving requirements of our customer base to ensure a seamless delivery of all Mechanical Systems essential to a Film and Television studio.
？ Ability to train, supervise and motivate all department members to achieve a superior standard of service for both our customers and ownership.
？ Comprehensive background in maintenance and repair of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Maintain Studio Office and Stage electrical and mechanical systems for optimal operation and energy reduction.
？ Implement energy reduction measures.
？ Maintain compliance with all necessary government agencies ie boiler tests, backflow tests, etc.
？ Monitor energy consumption bills for possible cost savings or errors.
？ Supervise engineering and electrical staff ensuring all are operating in a safe manner.
？ Work with Facilities and Studio Ops staff as necessary.
？ Periodic walk arounds through buildings and stages to ensure all is operating order.
？ Assist Air Rental Companies with portable a/c hook-ups.
？ Ensure a/c systems are deactivated when not in use.
？ Undertake all job responsibilities in a safe manner ensuring staff does also.
？ Maintain compliance with all necessary Government agencies (City, County, State and Federal), for all the Mechanical systems.
