职位描述
1． Manage QC inspector and Lab inspector, and coordinate them to finish the inspection of the raw material, in-process and finished product in time. 管理检验员和实验人员，协调他们及时地对原材料，过程，成品的进行检验
2． Set up and updated the quality control plan. 制定和更新原材料，过程和成品的质量控制计划。
3． Deal with NCR together related department, and track and monitor the Corrective and Prevention Action. 协调相关部门处理不合格品报告，跟踪和监控纠正预防措施。
4． The quality management of suppliers, for example supplier’s audit, the quality improvement and so on 供应商的质量管理，包括供应商的审核，质量提高等
5． Coordinate the related department to deal with the complaint of the customer 协调相关部门处理客户的投诉。
6． Lab’s management, for example 5S implement of the lab. 实验室的管理，包括量具的定期送检，实验5S的实施等
7． Prepare the monthly quality report and have the monthly quality meeting 准备月度质量报告和召开月度质量会议
