（2)协助PE，统计数据，提出合理改善建议
（3）协助QA，确保品质
（4）本工序人员安排与督导，争取效益最大化 为了提高效率


6.节约成本
（1）原材料管控，避免浪费、丢失
（2）合理安排生产，优化生产，减少材料损耗
（3）配合其他部门，实现材料国产化，控制成本
（4）减少报废率 为了成本控制


7.安全生产
（1）协助EHS对本工序员工培训、督导
（2）及时发现安全隐患，及时汇报，及时处理
为了满足EHS要求


中专以上学历
2年以上管理经历
良好的沟通技巧
有一定的抗压能力
