职位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· 根据公司年度人员规划,制定并执行年度、季度招聘计划;
To prepare and implement recruitment plan based on annual headcount plan.
· 了解用人部门的招聘需求,基于用人部门的业务状况和组织发展状况确定招聘渠道,面试流程,招聘工具等
Get to understand recruitment requirements of hiring managers; reach agreement with
hiring managers regarding recruitment channels, interview process, interview tools
etc., based on the good understanding of business and organization development status;
根据已获批准的招聘计划完成招聘任务,包括利用各种招聘渠道发布或更新招聘信息、简历甄选、人员素质测评等,并在时效内招聘到位;
Actively and timely source, short-list, interview candidates for the opening
positions through various channels to find right candidates according to recruitment
plan;
· 与用人部门密切合作,从HR角度提供相关面试反馈;通过面试选拔合适的人才;与最终候选人协商雇佣事宜,发OFFER,签订合同,帮助其顺利入职;重要岗位需要进行背景调查;
Work closely with the hiring managers to interview and select the right candidates;
provide feedback from HR perspective, negotiate and prepare the offers, assist with
on boarding process and conduct the background check when needed;
· 负责各类招聘项目的策划、组织、及实施等;
Account for planning, organizing and implementing recruitment projects;
· 每周对招聘工作进度进行评估,及时向用人部门反馈招聘进度;
Review recruitment status on weekly basis and provide timely feedback to hiring
managers;
· 定期更新公司各项职位的岗位说明书;
Update Job Profiles for various positions whenever necessary;
· 定期向HR部门经理提供招聘进度报告,并对招聘流程的不足之处提出改进措施;
Provide recruitment reports to HR Manager every month and propose suggestions to
improve recruitment process from time to time;
· 与公司签约的猎头公司和中介公司建立并保持良好合作关系, 并且定期评估这些公司的表现;
Build up, maintain and manage relationship with external recruitment agencies and
evaluate their performance on half –yearly basis;
· 负责公司入职和离职流程, 签订劳动合同,离职面谈,了解公司人员流动状况;
Manage the staff on boarding and exit process of the company to understand personnel
flow status of the company;

通知录用人员入职、协调相关人员为新员工制作门禁卡,考勤卡,工牌。联系IT准备电脑等员工入职的相关准备工作
每月考勤,年假的统计整理
HR部门其他同事密切合作,
Work together with HR peers on improving existing working process and procedure

PART III – QUALIFICATIONS资质要求
EDUCATION教育程度
· 本科及以上学历,Bachelor Degree or above in HR management, Psychology, Business Administration or
related field
EXPERIENCE工作经验
· 三年以上招聘工作经验,熟悉各种招聘工具和招聘渠道(In-house HR或猎头公司工作经历者优
先);在企业里有丰富的招聘经验者优先,基层和中高层职位招聘都有经验;
3 years working experience in recruitment either as in house HR or headhunter;
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.)其他要求

英语:具有一定的英语书面、口头表达能力;
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English;

计算机:熟练操作办公软件,Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project等
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, etc.

法律法规:熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规,熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式;
Familiar with China labor law and how HR processes and procedures operate;

沟通技巧:擅于协调和沟通,具备优秀的执行力;
Strong communication skills and excellent execution required;
主人翁精神:有强烈的主人翁精神及敬业精神;
Strong ownership with proactive working attitude;
