I. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTANBILITIES职责:
1. Assist safety manager for the routine EH&S works.
协助安全经理进行日常安全管理工作
2. Provide safety technical support to line organization
对一线部门提供安全上的技术支持
3. Provide input to goal/objective setting and support the implementation of EH&S goals/targets and objectives
提出EHS目标和方针，并支持关键指标的达成
4. Review current and proposed legislation. Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements
评定现行的规则和程序，保证其法律、法规的合规性
5. Train line management to recognize hazards and risks. Lead the Line Organization in identifying ,preventing and controlling hazards and risks
培训一线管理人员能够识别危险和风险，指导生产一线人员识别、预防和控制危险和风险
6. Develop EH&S training program and deliver EH&S training session.
设计安全培训课程并负责培训的具体实施
7. Develop and comply with EH&S rules and procedures.
制定规则和程序
8. Develop inspection/audit program, identify root causes of deficiencies, conduct inspections/audits and identify and complete preventative / corrective actions.
制定检查和审查程序，识别发生问题的根源，进行安全检查并确保整改行动计划的完成
9. Provide support to line management for incident investigations and preventative / corrective actions
对一线管理人员进行事故调查提供技术支持，制定整改行动并负责其实施
10. Report to Management team on safety performance
向管理层汇报安全状况;
11. Other task assigned by leader.
完成主管交办的其它工作.


II. QUALIFICATION/SKILLS资格/技能要求:
1. University graduate or above
大学本科或以上
2. 2 years’ EH&S experience is a minimum
至少两年的EHS经验
3. Fluent English, CET-6 is preferred
英语流利，英语六级优先
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows system
熟悉办公室软件和操作系统
5. Certification which is required by the Chinese rules
