职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Act as first point of customer contact for sales orders & delivery via customers’ EDI or e-mail
2. Immediately enter all customer orders into ERP and confirm orders to customers with accurate delivery schedules
3. Update shipment plan based on the sales order & sales forecast
4. Ensure all orders shipped
5. Maintain accurate delivery/logistics details on all orders
6. Monitor the stock in 3PL and refresh shipment to reach the safety stock in 3PL
7. Deal with all goods returns and notify warehouse to reship and inform the QA accordingly
8. Set up new customers and new price in ERP
9. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to process and resolve customers’ delivery request
10. Work with PCL manager to improve sales forecasts accuracy, availability and to ensure on-time shipments via scheduling, prioritization of processes
11. Make sure 100 % on time delivery commitment to customer
12. Update OTD rate in Dana system monthly
13. Support PCL manager for related issue

QUALIFICATIONS

1. College degree and above will be preferred.
2. Candidates with good experience in customer service function in a similar Manufacturing environment can also be considered.
3. 3+ years working experience of production planning in foreign venture
4. Good English speaking and writing ability.
5. Good computer ability
6. Good communication skill
7. Strong ability of solving problem
8. Strong sense of duty
9. Hard working, Patient, Proactive, Honest as well as good team work spirit
10. Familiar with ERP
11. Knowledge of Kanban/JIT will be preferred 举报 分享
