Role Summary:
职责概括: Be responsible for design of hydraulic damper.
负责液压减震器的设计工作。
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务： 1. Designs working prototypes of hydraulic damper and carries out proof-of-concept exercises to prove or disprove their validity;
负责液压减震器的设计工作，通过反复验证来证明产品的正确性；
2. Perform design calculations for design verification;
通过设计计算方法来做设计验证；
3. Interfaces with major internal stakeholders to redesign existing products as need of business;
根据需求，与主要内部合作者一起重新设计现有产品；
4. To ensure all designs meet design quality, supply and serviceability requirements;
确保所有设计符合设计质量、需求和适用性的需求；
5. Responsible that all designs for fully documented in models, drawings and Bill of Materials;
负责所有设计符合文件模板、图纸和物料清单的要求；
6. Share skills and best practice of expertise within R&D/ internal networks;
同内部的团队分享专业的技能和经验；
7. Identify the new material for application to solve the issues ;
确保新的物料应用于解决问题；
8. Ensure timely and accurate timelines of defined deliverables;
及时确保可交付产品的精确的时间轴；
9. Contribute in maintaining a team-working environment according to ITT Core Values;

10. Provide support and work closely with other functions in the organization as per needed and prioritized by Head of Technical;

11. Plans, executes and manages testing for new product/improved existing product;
对于新产品和需要改进的产品，做好计划，执行政策，指导测试工作；
12. Describes the key value drivers in the railway Industry, and how different factors impact prices and demand of hydraulic damper;
描述轨道交通的关键价值动因，不同的因素如何影响液压减震器的价格和要求；
13. Describes main railway customer operational factors driving damper design and the principles of operation for competitor products ;
描述主要铁路客户的工作特性促使竞争对手产品如何设计减震器以及运营的原则；
14. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
完成主管指定的其他工作。
Years of Experience in the positions:
本岗位工作经验： More than 3 years hydraulic damper design/develop experience in railway industry or automotive industry
三年以上轨道交通或汽车行业减震器设计开发的经验
Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, hydraulic, vehicle automation, engineering, or any other relevant majors ;
本科以上学历，机械、液压、自动化相关专业；
2. Good team player with outstanding communication skills and proactive attitude ;
杰出的沟通能力，积极主动的态度；
3. Experience in design and development of Shock absorbers or other mechanical or hydraulic devices.
有轨交或汽车行业减震器或其他机械/液压装置的设计和开发经验
4. Railway application knowledge is requested like bogies knowledge;
有铁路应用方面的相关知识；
5. Familiar with 3-d modeling software for design, Solidworks is preferred.
熟悉三维建模，懂得Solidworks 优先考虑。
