职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. HR Information System Administration
2. Employee Life Cycle Administration
a. Be responsible for assigned business unit employee on boarding and off boarding, data change process to ensure the standard process is well followed and an up-to-date employee data base
b. Be responsible for employee personal file and Labor contract administration
3. Responsible for foreign staffs’ visa, work permit, residence permit application and renew and cancellation; Keep all Foreign staffs’ information updating & maintains.
4. Working closely with Employee committee and Clubs to create, implement the companywide activities.
5. Performing other related tasks as assigned
Qualification:
1. 5 years + Human Resources working experiences, focused on ER area is preferred.
2. Knowledgeable of foreign staffs visa/work permit handling.
3. Have a good command of both spoken and written English.

? Be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage own time effectively.
