Identify & develop suitable business opportunities that fit well to our existing contract mechanical manufacturing businesses in precision & high technology manufacturing in China.

This job requires highly independent proactive professional that can work well with minimal support or guidance. The candidate must be hands-on, and will be expected to work with all relevant functions including New Product Launch, Engineering, Automation, QA, Materials & logistics to ensure customer & gover***ce alignment, risk and audit compliance.

The role of Business Development Manager includes:
业务拓展经理的职责包括：
1.Identify and develop sales relationship with existing and new customers within China. 寻找并发展中国现有客户及新客户的销售业务。
2.Provide customer-specific information to management in facilitating business performance review, evaluation and budgeting; 向管理层提供客户信息，以促进业务绩效评价、评估和预算的编制。
3.Drive market profiling and key customer/competitor research and analysis; 开展市场概况分析、主要客户和竞争对手的研究与分析。
5.Coordinate with suppliers & internal departments to ensure delivery of timely and quality service; 协调供应商和公司内部各部门，以确保及时交付优质的产品。
6.Review pricing and costing aspects of business proposals & make business recommendations; 审核业务提案的定价和成本核算，并提出业务建议。
7.Coordinate with suppliers and company internal resources in meeting customer requirement for products delivery.协调供应商、公司内部各部门，以达到客户所需产品交付的要求。

Job Requirements: 职位要求
1.Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; 机械工程或相关专业大专或本科学历。
2.development role with good business network and proven track record; 至少5年及以上高精密或高科技企业工作经验，至少3年及以上业绩优秀的业务开拓经验。
3.Good understanding of mechanical components manufacturing & mechanical assembly in China market is essential; 了解并熟悉中国机械部件制造业和机械装配业市场情况。
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; 精通微软办公软件及项目管理软件操作。
