职位描述：
Representative Duties/主要职责
1. Conduct and implement EHS program under Ognibene group guidance/policy to improve plant environment, occupational health, safety performance for operation purpose.
在总部指导/政策下，实施EHS程序，为工厂运营目的需要，改善安全、环境、职业健康绩效。

2. Facilitates process and provides technical /administrative leadership to ensure plant strictly compliance with related EHS regulations and requirement, whatever internal or external
促进流程，并提供技术/行政领导力，确保工厂严格遵守相关EHS法规和要求，无论对内部或外部。

3. Work with other function dept., continuously identifies, assesses, and reduces/eliminates plant EHS risk
与其他职能部门协作，持续识别、评估和减少/消除工厂EHS风险。

4. Establishes and maintains relationships with governmental authorities on matters of authority, permits, submission of required reports, and maintenance of data etc.
建立和维护官方行政机构的授权、许可、提交相关报告，维护数据记录等方面的关系 。

5. Investigates incidents and accidents (including near miss) to determine root causes, prepares/directs corrective action plans and manage the following up
调查事故和事故（包括未遂事故），确定根本原因，准备/指导纠正行动计划并管理后续行动。

6. Plans to deal with emergency situations that could adversely impact the environment, employees, property in daily operation.
对日常环境中可能对环境、员工、财产造成不利影响的紧急情况做应急预案。

7. Responsible for comprehensive understanding and implementation the new national/local legislation and regulation related EHS;
负责全面了解和执行新的国家/地方相关的法律法规。

8. Planning and implementing internal EHS audit program, participate external audit program per request.
规划和实施内部EHS审核程序，按要求参与外部审核程序

9. Organize and deliver EHS related training to ensure the plant EHS performance, trainee including employee, visitor, contractor, supplier etc.;
组织和提供EHS相关培训，确保工厂EHS绩效，包括员工、访客、承包商、供应商等；

10. Cooperating with plant level and corporate functions dept. to fulfill ENGEL reporting or communicating requirements.
与工厂内及企业职能部门协作，履行欧尼贝耐的报告或交流要求。

11. Others task arranged by supervisor/dept. manger or plant management team
主管/部门经理或工厂管理团队安排的其他工作 。

QUALIFICATIONS/
1， Engineering graduate or technician diploma with a solid background related to EHS discipline .
具有与EHS相关工科专业背景，拥有本科或专科学历

2， EHS program (environmental, health and safety) proven experience (5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in mass production industry).
EHS项目（环境，健康和安全）经验（至少5年以上类似工作经验，最好在大规模生产行业）。

3， Must has proven working experience linked to EHS requirement ，including national law, local regulation and related industry criteria
必须有与EHS相关规范要求的工作经验，包括国家法律、地方法规和相关行业标准 。

4， Must has working experience in multi-national company with international team
有跨国公司工作经验，有国际团队经验 。

5， Solid knowledge on industry manufacturing hazards and its potential risks like, mechanical hazard, flammable /hazard chemical handle& transportation, high industry compressed gases, fire risk, occupational disease etc...)
扎实的工业生产危害知识，如机械危险，易燃/危险化学品处理和运输，工业压缩气体，火灾危险，职业病

6， To be able to do evaluate accurately a job situation, analyze it on safety purpose, propose and put in place improvements on safety requirement
能够准确评估一项工作，对安全目标进行分析，提出并改进安全要求

7， Knowledge on EHS management systems like, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 or local working safety standard system etc.
具备对EHS管理体系知识，如ISO14001、OHSAS 18001和当地劳动安全标准体系等。

8， Capable for EHS training course planning, arrangement and implementation.
能够进行EHS培训课程的规划、安排和实施 。

9， Clear understanding of incident root cause analysis and appropriate corrective action. planning/implementation.
      清楚了解事故原因分析和适当的纠正行动计划/实施 。

10, Good working English in speaking, reading and writing.
      良好的英语听说读写能力。

 11, General computer skills at user level, familiar with MS Office.
