Role Summary:
职责概括:
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务： 1. Learn ITT product and how a project is managed;
学习ITT产品和项目管理方式；
2. Analyze customer drawing and make technical proposal in agreement with R&D, quality and operation;
支持研发部门、质量部门以及生产部门，分析客户图纸，并做出技术方案；
3. Manage and release technical documentation of each new product;
管理和发布新产品的技术文件；
4. Provide cost analysis to sales department;
为销售部门提供成本分析；
5. Support the central technical department;
支持技术中心部门；
6. Provide packaging proposal to logistic department and to customer;
为物流部门、客户提供包装建议；
7. Participation in the selection of critical spare parts, design and customization tools;
参与主要产品零部件选型，设计以及工具的选择；
8. Communicate with abroad colleagues to clarify the technical issues and make changes;
与国外的同事沟通，以说明有关技术问题，并做出改进。
9. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
主管指定的其他工作。

资质/要求： 1. Bachelor's degree with Mechanical related major; 机械相关专业，本科学历；
2. Interest in automotive world; 对汽车行业感兴趣；

4. Self-start and will to take challenge; 从自我做起，愿意迎接挑战；
5. AutoCAD skills; AutoCAD技能；
6. Able to travel as per job requirement. 能够接受出差。
