The client is an U.S. Automotive Parts MNC
Location: Shanghai
Report to: GM & Sales VP
Belong to Global Sales Team
Responsibilities:主要职责
-Execute Strategy and Tactical Plans to create and expands sales products and services to the Automotive Tier 1 Market.
实施战略和战术计划,在汽车行业一级供应商市场开发、扩展公司产品及服务;
-Follow market trends on new customer industry groups, based on company strategy.
根据公司战略,关注新客户市场产业群动向;
-Identify and secure new KEY accounts opportunities through networking and referrals.
通过网络或其他途径识别并把握大客户机会;
-Maintain profitable sales growth within existing accounts.
在现有客户中保持销售利润的增长;
-Meet annual sales objectives.
完成年度销售目标;
-Develop and strength business relations within New and current accounts.
在新客户及现有客户中发展和加强业务工作;
-Facilitate the internal quotation process.
优化内部报价流程;
-Understand costing and pricing methodology.
熟知成本与定价的理论方法;
-Support Program Management team on New Request for Quote.
协助项目管理团队对新的需求提供报价;
-All those activities generated as result of Changes, Requirements and Improvements.
所有这些行动包含但不限于此,可视改革结果、各种需求以及持续改善的结果再做更新。
Qualification:任职要求
-Completed College / University Degree.
大专/本科学历;
-5+ yeas experience within Sales, Marketing or Project Management.
在销售、市场或项目管理方面有至少5年以上的工作经验
-Good strong Management skills.
良好的管理能力;
-Strong Sales – Marketing Business Management.
良好的销售-市场营销管理经验;
-English (written, spoken, reading).
英语能力(书写、口语、阅读)
-Proven Cost Analysis skills.
良好的成本分析能力;
-Ability to communicate to Top Management
能够与高级经理层沟通的能力;
-Able to administrate and manage by Objectives.
能够根据目标进行经营管理;
