职位描述：
Key Role: 工作内容概述
This individual is expected to provide a full range of technical support to the Kimtech Facility Planning department and will be responsible for managing multiple converting equipment projects ranging in size from $5,000 to over $2MM. Duties include coordinating small and large projects between Plants and Kimtech operations, managing schedules, costs and providing technical support to various vendors ensuring customer delivery and cost targets are maintained in the manufacturing process within Kimtech.

Problem-solving abilities needed to respond to technical questions from shop floor/outside machine shops (mechanical) regarding AutoCAD, Solid Works, DRCS, SAP

3 Working knowledge of SAP or ability to learn SAP within acceptable timelines to successfully understand SAP costing, add components to work order, track items in SAP to confirm delivery, where purchased, etc.
具备SAP相关知识或能力，能在规定时间内理解和掌握SAP成本，在工单中添加物料，在SAP中追踪物料，以确保按时交付。
4 Planning responsibilities include verifying BOM’s in SyteLine, determining sub-assembly process and time required, understanding scheduling, and creating a manufacturing plan for a fabricated/machined part
计划职责：在SyteLine中验证BOM, 确定零部件装配流程及所需时长，了解进度计划，制定机加工部件的加工计划。
5 Take the lead on detail Assembly schedule, set up weekly base detail assembly plan and track the change.
负责详细装配时间表，编制每周的详细装配计划并及时跟踪。
6 Order Management: Understand customer request on technical information, schedule, cost, quality, and work with KTE cross functional team to provide quotation, order the parts, develop assembly plan and deliver timely to customer with high quality and best cost.
订单管理: 了解客户在技术要求、进度、成本和质量方面的要求；与KTE跨部门合作，提供报价；订购零部件，编制装配计划；按时向客户交付性价比最高的产品。
7 在日常工作中，员工应遵守公司的相关制度或流程规定，包括但不仅限于业务流程、政策、工作纪律准则等；

Key Experience
经验 3-5 years of related experience.

Functional/Business skills
专业技能 Engineering Project Management Experience

Experience of customer service.
相关客户服务经验。
Experience of Engineer is preferred.
具有工程师相关背景者优先.
Ability to work effectively with various computer systems。
有效使用各种电脑办公系统。
Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Auto CAD and/or other software as required.
