Job Description:
This position will work in Caterpillar Research and Development Center (CRDC) Wuxi Virtual Product Development (VPD) Division – Structural Analysis Direction
本职位要求在卡特彼勒技术研发中国有限公司 - 无锡 虚拟产品开发部门工作，从事结构仿真相关工作
The key role of this position is to support VPD team Engineers in order to complete the analysis and simulation process for the validation of the design concept as well as improvement of the designs in terms of reliability, durability and performance of the Caterpillar machine products and major structural systems.
此职位的主要职责是支持配合卡特工程师使用分析与仿真验证概念设计，以及改进卡特彼勒整机与系统的可靠性，耐久性和其他性能。
The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:
主要职责包括但不限于以下条目：
? Responsible for assisting the engineers to creating the virtual models, executing the simulations and conducting design iterations
负责支持资深工程师创建虚拟模型，运行仿真与设计迭代
? Opportunities to also work with the design engineers, validation engineers, manufacturing engineers and Global Corporate SME to complete the assignments.
有机会与设计工程师，测试工程师, 制造工程师以及公司专家合作完成工作。
? Responsible for archiving the analysis and simulation model and results
负责分析仿真模型与结果的存档
VPD team will provide necessary training including but not limit to update to date Meshing, modeling, basic theory learning, 1on1 Q&A etc. to facilitate the intern work.
仿真团队将会提供丰富的划分网格, 建模技术培训以及一对一指导和基础理论再学习来帮助实习生完成工作

Required Qualifications:
- 2018/2019 graduates in Master or Undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Internal Combustion Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Material Engineering or equal Engineering Majors.
- Having experience in using FEA analysis software, such as ABAQUS, Nastran, Hypermesh etc.
- Having experience in Hypermesh is a plus
- Good problem analysis and solving skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure
- Diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Able to read and write in English, pass CET-6 is a plus
- Experience w/ FEA simulation Project is a plus.
