Job description
 - Based on the functional specifications you define the project specifications. You define and coordinate the projects and the interaction between those in the product portfolio
- During the project you safeguard the budget, business case, timing and technical targets
- You work with and coordinate the international project team, which consists of team members of all departments. You steer and motivate your team members during the complete product development. Within the engineering department you work together with calculation engineers, designers in GECIA, test engineers, blue collars, team members from purchasing, process engineering, production in Wuxitec and Wilrijk Belgium
- You lead your projects according to the NPPI process to safeguard the product and project quality.
- The projects are all part of the Oil inject Screw products.
-Experience in project management is required.
-Experience in mechanical product design or manufacturing is an asset
- In the possession of a university degree in mechanical engineering
- Essential to have a good apprehension of written and spoken English.
- Having good computer skills, in particular knowledge of 3D CAD modelling.
- Ability to effectively act as communicative link between colleagues in different departments (engineering, manufacturing, service,...) and in different continents.
- Self motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Bright analytical thinking and keen to learn new products and processes.
- Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis. 举报 分享
