职位描述：
1. Job Description:
- Initiate a project based on the customer needs and internal specification link to the project manual
- Ensure that the project in line regarding quality, cost and scope targets
- Minitor and control the paoject according to PEP, conduct MS review and has steering committee sign off
- Coordination of information in the project team, to the customer, internal departments, supplier and HQ
- Agreeing of the project steps for content, deadlines and responsibilities
- Identificiation of deviations to the project targe and initiate measures for reaching the targets. Monitiring the execution of the measures and organize the update of documents.
- Inevitable deviations from the project targets or identified project risk have to be escalated to the steering committee
- Initiate and follow up lessons learned process

2. Qualification requirement:
- Experience on project management above 3 years
-Major on Machanical engineering or relevant, college degree or above
- Basic knowledge of quality management, familiar with methords of TS16949
- Good at English listening, speaking, writing & computer operation
- Good ability of communication and aoordination
