Purpose and role of job:
Closely with Business Development and Operations team to help our responsiveness and service to our customers, to achieve 100% quality compliance and customer satisfaction. Responsible for receiving, processing, and tracking sales orders including repeat orders and sample/trial orders. Interacts with customers, relaying pertinent information.

Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
? Receive sales orders including repeat orders and sample/trial orders, adjustments, and customer inquiries about products.
? Provide order acknowledgement and delivery commitment to customer by coordinating internally. Negotiate with customer if the delivery cannot meet the requirements.
? Coordinate Q1 new order process between customer and FQNW.
? Communicate with customers to get the reasonable demand forecast if possible.
? Uses computer system to input, track, and report sales order activity.
? Maintains accuracy of backlog/delinquent/order balance and inventory report.
? Maintains accuracy of system as it relates to pricing, shipping, destinations, etc.
? Works closely with sales, credit, operation personnel to coordinate shipments.
? Generates weekly shipping plan for each customer. Creates S/O, packing list and other shipping documents for all domestic and export business. Reconciles the sales volume/amount with customer and work with finance to bill to customer.
? Interacts with sales personnel, provides necessary information and supports problem resolutions.
? Maintains customer profile of pricing and special requirements.
? Receives customer complaints and reports activity to QA and follows up with customers on all complaints.
? Manages the approved returns for customer base through the RMA system.
? Flexible working hours, available for overtime when necessary to meet shipping needs.
? Travel to trade shows and customer visits depending on the business need
? Get necessary training and show hunger to grow the business and career— not a transactional role but well integrated with operation/supply chain and Business Development.
? Participate in the planning meetings with production to advocate customer requirements on daily basis.
? Other duties as required

Education and experience requirements:
? Working knowledge of Finished Goods, application and shipping procedures.
? Good computer, communication, and leadership skills.
? Be skilled in ERP system.
? College diploma or above.
? Self-starter with initiative.
