职位描述：
1.Taking China Service Dept. responsibility for daily operation of frontline service team (with different region & sites), including hiring, training and developing the team with focus on customer experience, skills development, productivity, resource scheduling, employee morale, and team motivation.
承担中国服务部一线服务团队（不同地域和地点）日常运作的责任，包括聘请，培训和开发团队，重点关注客户体验，技能开发，生产力，资源调度，员工士气和团队动力。
2. Develope well working standard to ensure the team is delivering and achieve consistent customer satisfaction.
制定良好的工作标准，确保团队提供和实现一致的客户满意度。
3. Managing escalation of customer issues, working closely with customer and internal teams to get to resolution. Working with HQ PROD/ APP/ TS Dept. to ensure that defects impacting customers are addressed expeditiously.
管理不断升级的客户问题，与客户和内部团队紧密合作，以解决问题。 与总部各部门合作，确保迅速解决影响客户的缺陷。
4. Working with China Sales team to achieve the company goal with projects and contracts.

5. Strategic & decision making for the China Service Dept. to align with HQ standard & policy.
中国服务部门的战略决策与总部标准与政策保持一致。
6. Evaluating and aligning individual and team (region or sites) performance for success.

Qualifications
1. Background is University graduation.
大学本科学历。
2. Uderstanding of scrubber system or Semiconductor industry field.
了解半导体行业。
3. Exceptional management experience in an advanced technology customer support or exceptional customer service environment > 10 years.
卓越的管理经验，本行业工作经验超过10年。
4. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
优秀的英语能力，书面和口语。
5. Overseas business travel is required.
