Realization of the customer requirements, specifications and standards

Plan, manage and document the project process (APQP-Process)
计划，领导和做好项目档案(APQP流程)
Documentation of the Design History File (DHF) for Medical Products
给医疗产品做好设计历史记录档案
Person responsible for the results (budget)
对结果负责(Budget)
Continuous cost- and results optimization of the Business Unit
持续改善事业部的费用及运营结果
Participation during the selection process of suppliers for external services, purchased parts, tools and tool components
参与选择外部服务公司，外购件供应商，模具供应商和模具配件
Definition of the requirements for purchased services, tools and tool components
制定对外购的服务，零件，模具和模具部件的要求
Person in charge for deadlines and correct PPAPing
对及时正确的PPAP结果及过程负责
Responsible person for successful process approval of the customer (e.g. R&R-Audit)

Competent and structured participation during internal audits and customer audits

Cooperation during the definition of process- and work procedures (production process development)
