职位描述：
1. Lead or align audit activities and maintain QHSE system / certificates of ISO9001,14001 and 18001
2. Establish, maintain and optimize company's HSE management system and task flow to ensure high quality and smooth operation among whole China service operations
3. Support management with developing comprehensive operation strategy, KPI indicators, operation key initiatives, and ensure alignment with stakeholders
4. Conduct regular review key performance indicator of HSE of each site, drive key initiatives for continuous improvement to achieve target of China Service HSE
5. Support China Service MIL site HSE management
6. Implement or coordinate HSE activities from Valmet Global and China in China Service
7. WUX Plant
a. Develop and maintain Valmet incident and safety observation reporting system effectively
b. Identify, assess and communicate applicable legal requirements and follow up related improvement actions
c. Safety / Make the 2nd level training of new comers, follow 3rd level training for new comer and the operators who change the position, make, update, train safety instruction
d. Safety / Make the inspection, permit, supervise of high risk work contractor, such as the hot work permit, work high above the ground to keep mini safety requirement etc.
e. Safety / Do the daily inspection in the workshop, do the record of the unsafe behaviors, unsafe conditions follow the modification;
f. Safety / Investigate and analysis, record the incident and near miss, follow up and verify the corrective action
g. Environment / Sort garbage well and handle the waste well with local team
h. Environment / Assist the supplier to do the environment measurement
i. Health / Coordinate employee occupational health medical check;
j. Health / Build up the worker’s health archive and follow
k. Health / Do the occupational hazardous measurement
l. Health / Do the PPE usage monitor daily inspection
8. Learn other roll shops best practice and share the best practice within organization
9. Other job assigned

任职要求
1. Bachelor in engineering, management, HSE or above, more than 5 year’s work experience
2. Deep understanding of local relevant HSE system (ISO9000 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 etc)
3. Competence to work in Matrix team
4. Deep basic and methods knowhow for HSE development
5. Professional, experienced coach for projects & process-developments
6. Skilled in communication, in Chinese, English
7. Perfect in all common computer skills.
8. Perfect to get safety engineering registration certification
