职位描述：
Main Responsibility：
1. Implement the endurance tests according to the TrelleborgVibracoustic standards. Communicate frequently with the PEs.
按TBVC标准进行疲劳测试。及时跟项目工程师沟通试验结果
2. Manage his tools and 5S for endurance test area.
管理负责区域的工具设备以及维护本区域的5S
3. Write and upload the endurance test report with a high reactivity level.
按时撰写并提交疲劳测试报告
4. Measure and test metal, rubber and finished products.
测量和测试金属，橡胶以及硫化件性能
5. Participate to the maintenance and calibration of the testing machines. Check frequently the accuracy of testing machines.
参与测试设备的维护及标定工作。按时核对测试设备的精度
6. Helps the testing team to improve measures, procedures.
参与测试团队在测试，程序等方面的改进
7. Manage his work and his priorities according the Products Engineers and test lab needs. Generate his job list and his own timing plan and ensure the KPI.
根据项目工程师以及试验室的需求按一定的优先次序管理本岗位的工作任务。制定自己的工作任务清单及时间计划，保证关键绩效指标KPI

Requirement：
1. College or junior university, major in mechanical or engineering
大专及以上；机械或工程专业
2. Experiences of testing with endurance test machine.
有疲劳试验机使用经验
3. 1 year of testing background would be appreciated
1年以上的测试背景更佳
4. Mechanical and metallic materials.
械及金属材料
5. Knowledge about automatism and rubber and plastic materials would be appreciated
有自动化，橡胶及塑料材料知识更佳
6. Basic reading and writing of English
基本的英文读、写能力
7. Knowledge of Excel and Word requested
