职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
- Propose the team constitution.
- Manage the project team.
- Manage the definition (schedule, tasks) and the status of the project.
- Organize the validation files and the phase reviews with the project team.
- Set up the Contract Application Approval (CAA) and assure the follow up.
- Organize and manage the project reviews.
- Monthly report to the Project Validation Committee.
- Evaluate yearly the performances of the project team members.
- Responsible for identifying the environment factors for own department and area.
- Responsible for compiling the control plan of environment factors scheme.
- Other tasks should be assigned by Dept.Manager.
Experience/Education/Qualifications Level and Skills:
- Have Project Management experience in Handle.
- Bachelor degree above with good Mechanical or Electronic background or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in Design/Process engineer in Manufacturing Industry(Automotive, Mechanical, Electronic)
- Good technical knowledge to understand the technical issues.
- Good communication abilities. Mindset oriented to customers, results.
- Fluent English both written and oral.
- Good computer skill on CAD design and PC software.
