Job Description:
1. Timely trouble shooting the quality problem in processes and analysis on root cause to propose the improvement measures;
2. Claim investigation when it comes to technical;
3. Investigating and testing new system/process/equipment to improve quality and efficiency, compile and update instruction, supporting TL to make SOP etc;
4. Verifying working hours of process;
5. Responsible for manage, maintain and improve testing adapters to secure the effectiveness of adapters and improve the testing performance;
6. Designing and improving of tools and fixtures;
7. Maintaining database of tools and fixture, making regular fixing/repairing plan;
8. Making operator competence matrix and yearly training plan, technical training and guiding to workers;
9. Cooperate with supporting function for production improvement;
10. Initiate production related projects;
11. Other tasked assigned by manager.


Job Requirement:
1. University education, major in mechanics or mechanical - electrical engineering;
2. Foreign company experience with above three years work experience; in mechanical processing;
3. Good English both in oral and written and familiar with AutoCAD.
